1. Acceptance

By using https://www.sheetsoutdoorservicesllc.com, requesting a quote, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, your approved estimate, and Card on File Authorization.

2. Services & Service Area

We provide lawn mowing and maintenance, mulch installation and bed rehabilitation, shrub trimming, leaf and yard clean-ups, and snow removal.

Current Service Area: West Alexander, PA 15376, Washington County, PA and surrounding counties. We are actively expanding to West Virginia and Ohio. Services in WV/OH will only be offered AFTER foreign registration and required licensing is complete.

3. Pricing

All pricing per approved estimate. Mowing estimates INCLUDE 6% PA Sales Tax  mowing is taxable per PA law. Snow removal is non-taxable. All electronic payments include processing fee in estimate. What you see is what you pay.

Estimates valid 14 days.

4. Travel / Service Area Fee

A travel/service area fee may apply based on distance from our base in West Alexander, PA 15376, Washington County, PA and will be shown on your estimate. Fee is taxable when applied to mowing.

5. Client Responsibility

Yard and driveway must be clear of toys, hoses, pet waste, debris, and vehicles. Pets must be inside. Gates must be unlocked. If crew cannot service due to blocked access, locked gate, vehicle in driveway, or pet outside, a return trip fee of $50.00 will apply. Customer warrants you own the property or have authority to authorize work. Mark all underground utilities, dog fences, sprinkler heads, septic systems, etc. Call 811 before bed work.

6. Equipment & Liability

Work performed with 1,500 lb sub-compact tractor. Contractor carries liability insurance but is NOT liable for pre-existing cracks, concrete pops, gravel displacement, pre-existing damage, turf damage due to drought/disease, or damage from hidden/unmarked objects or items buried under snow/leaves.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE. NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Client is responsible for equipment damage caused by unmarked objects.

7. Payment Terms Prepaid & Card on File Required

All services are PREPAID. Due in full by 5:00 PM the day before service. No service without prior payment. A valid card on file is required to hold your route spot. Route days are Monday–Friday.

CASH: NOT accepted by crew, on-site, or left on property. ONLY accepted when hand-delivered directly to Myron K. Sheets Sr., Owner, with receipt.

8. Weather

Service may be delayed by rain, drought, or heavy snow and moved to the next available route day. We may skip mowing in extreme drought/heat at no charge.

9. Term & Cancellation No Annual Contract Cancel Anytime

No annual contract, no early termination fee. Week-to-week until cancelled. Client cancellation requires 48-hour written notice via text to (724) 949-3040 or email to [email protected].

• 48+ hours notice = credit/refund within 5 business days.
• Less than 48 hours = prepayment forfeited as route hold fee.
• If Company cancels prepaid service before it is performed, a full credit/refund will be issued.

10. Call Recording Consent

All inbound/outbound calls and voicemails will be recorded per Pennsylvania law. Client expressly consents.

11. Yard Sign (Optional)

Client may authorize Company to install and remove a yard sign on the serviced property. Company will install and remove.

12. Photo / Video (Optional)

Exterior work only for job records, YouTube, and social media. Property address is never shared publicly.

13. Initial / Overgrown Fee

A fee of $ applies if the lawn is over 3 inches tall, has heavy leaf accumulation, excessive sticks, pet waste, or debris requiring extra time and equipment.

14. Price Changes

Company may adjust pricing with 14 days written notice via text or email.

15. Fuel Surcharge

Company reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge of up to 5% when the price of any fuel type (gasoline, diesel, etc.) exceeds $3.00 per gallon.

16. Late Fees

Late payments are subject to 1.5% per month (18% APR) with a $5.00 minimum. Returned checks incur a $40.00 NSF fee.

17. Governing Law

Governed by Pennsylvania law. Venue: Washington County, PA. This Agreement, the approved estimate, and Card on File Authorization constitute the entire agreement. Text messages, emails, and Yardbook e-signatures/IP logs are valid signatures per PA law.

18. Card on File Authorization

Client authorizes charge to card on file for: service fees, travel fees, return trip fees ($50), overgrown fees , equipment damage, fuel surcharge, late fees, NSF fees, declined fees, chargeback fees, and collection costs.

19. Declined Payments & Chargebacks

• Declined card/ACH: $35.00 per occurrence.
• Returned check: $40.00 NSF fee.
• Chargeback/dispute: $75.00 per dispute plus original amount due.

Client must contact [email protected] before filing any dispute.

20. Fee Due Dates

Prepaid by 5 PM the day before service. Fees under Sections 5, 13, 16, and 19 are due immediately and may be charged to card on file without prior notice. All fees are non-refundable. Payments are applied to the oldest balance first.

21. Personal Guarantee

If Client is a business, LLC, trust, or property manager, the individual signing personally guarantees full payment. Multiple owners are jointly and severally liable.

22. Communications & Collections

Client consents to contact via text, email, and phone for scheduling, billing, and collections. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Client is responsible for collection costs, court costs, and attorney fees if account is sent to collections, to the extent permitted by law. Service concerns must be submitted within 3 days to [email protected]. Any claim must be brought within 1 year.

23. Website Use

Website content is owned by Company. You may not copy, scrape, or use content commercially without written consent.
